What are your Sexuality Workshops like?

Every workshop is different, depending on its participants. These workshops are similar to a women’s group meeting, but they last longer (5 hours rather than 2) , and the main focus of the group is on our sexuality. Because our sexual journeys are so varied, and because we so rarely have an opportunity to talk about them in an accepting and safe environment, there is usually no end of subjects for us to discuss, question, process and celebrate.

As with all of my workshops and groups, there is never a requirement to do or say anything that you don’t want to. Although I do encourage participants to take advantage of the opportunity to speak their personal truths in this nurturing group setting, I also strongly defend everyone’s right to remain silent and just listen, if that is what feels most comfortable.
